By accessing the website at masonryrapidcity.com or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Rapid City Concrete & Masonry, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who engage our services.
Rapid City Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, brick wall installation, stone masonry, and brick pointing. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills region of South Dakota.
Our website provides general information about these services. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or outcome.
All written estimates provided by Rapid City Concrete & Masonry are based on the conditions observed during an on-site assessment. An estimate is not a fixed-price contract unless both parties have signed a written agreement to that effect.
Actual costs may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions are different from what was observed, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions - such as hidden structural damage, soil conditions, or permitting requirements - are discovered during the work.
Any changes to the scope or cost of a project will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds. Customers will not be billed for work outside the agreed scope without prior written approval.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and weather conditions. Masonry work requires adequate temperatures and dry conditions to perform correctly. We reserve the right to reschedule work if weather conditions at the time of the scheduled start date are unsuitable for the type of work planned. We will notify customers as early as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (605) 646-9837 or emailing info@masonryrapidcity.com. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee if materials were already ordered or crew time was allocated to the project. Any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement provided to the customer before work begins. In general, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific terms vary by project size and type.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written agreement. Rapid City Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project where payment obligations have not been met.
Warranty terms for completed work are specified in the written project agreement and vary by service type. Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from external forces including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, extreme freeze-thaw events beyond normal seasonal variation, vandalism, or modifications made by parties other than Rapid City Concrete & Masonry.
Masonry materials - including brick, stone, mortar, and concrete - are natural or natural-derived products that vary in appearance and are subject to weathering over time. Normal variation in color, texture, and aging of materials is not a defect.
